That night, I sat with Eddie in his hospital room until 1 am. He told me the room was full of angels and he was afraid that he was dying for sure. I reminded him of what Jesus said, and told him, "If there are angels here, they are either here to heal you or to take you to heaven. So there's nothing to fear." He agreed and went to sleep. The next day, he told me that he wanted to be disconnected from everything. If he lived, so be it. If he died, he was ready. They moved him to the hospice ward and shortly after arriving there he told me, "Sweetheart, I won't be here tomorrow. Something has changed." He refused morphine, claiming he had no pain, and rested peacefully, dozing off and on, talking with us very lucidly, listening to jazz music and watching TV. At one point, he said, "Turn off the TV. I can't see anything anyway because of that big tunnel swirling in front of it. Do you see that?" I did not, and yet I knew what it must be - the tunnel spoken of by people having an NDE! It amazed me that he was seeing this at a time that proved to be ten hours before his death, right there in the middle of the hospice room. I knew that Eddie didn't know about NDE accounts or any details of other people's experiences. That kind of information was just not on his radar.
Our daughters and I, rotated being with him over the next twenty hours or so. I had gone home for a break when they called me to come back. "He seems different," they said. At that time, I was lying on my bed, so I said a quick prayer before heading back. I thought about his mother, who had died years ago and said to her, "Louise, please help Eddie cross over. Please help him have no pain and fear…"
When I arrived back at the hospice center, the girls had an amazed look on their faces. "He's been talking to his mother!" they said. "He can see her and she's urging him to go." Apparently, Eddie had argued with her saying, "But I love all these people here, mother!" The girls told him that I was on my way, and it seemed to them he was hanging on, waiting for me. Then, he called out, "Neville! What are you doing here, man?" Neville was his friend who had died while they were both in kidney dialysis ten years ago.
I had five minutes with him before he took one last deep breath and passed. In that time, he opened his eyes, smiled and kissed me. The look on Eddie's face was pure peace and relaxation at the moment of death. None of us had any doubt that what he had seen and heard before his passing was authentic. From his NDE to the angels in the room, from the tunnel to his mother and friend who accompanied him onward, he was guided and protected. I can honestly say that being allowed to witness his passing with our children was a tremendous gift to us all.

As a child, Frances was very intuitive and experienced many confirmations of her psychic impressions. After her Mother transitioned in 2010 and the channels of communication opened between them, this intuition expanded greatly. Those who have received her readings have found them to accurate, evidential, and healing. Because each person's path is so unique, there is no 'typical' reading. Frances trusts that your spiritual Team will guide her to share information most beneficial to you.
